In no particular order, and may pertain to any of these: twitter/tumblr/facebook/whathaveyou.
- I think you’re genuinely funny. You make me laugh.
- I think you’re amusing. You make me laugh at you.
- I’ve met you in person and thought you were interesting or amusing in some way.
- We’re related.
- I think you’ve got a hot body.
- I think you smell nice.
- I accidentally clicked the “follow” button, and now I can’t remember why I followed you in the first place but something about you keeps me from unfollowing you.
- Something you said once was inspiring, but most of the shit you post sucks.
- Following you makes me look “educated.” It’s all a popularity contest, right?
- Everybody else is doing it.
